Conversion of MEDIACC CMIP X.25 network transport to TCP/IP, allowing any Manager (i.e., ATT, Worldcom-MCI, Sprint, SBCT, and McLeod) who wishes the ability to use TCP/IP. Hardware, software, and architectural changes are needed to accomplish the conversion. Also, service level agreements and modifications to JIAs are needed to accomplish the conversion.
Available for interoperability testing on July 1, 2002. The testing of each Manager will need to be scheduled on a Manager-need basis. The Interoperability testing required for this conversion will need to be planned during the period that the JIAs are updated.
