Mark asked if there were any questions. There were none. 08/19/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting SCR012915-1 IMA – Improve FOC process for large porting requests SCR030615-1 IMA – Improve SUP flowthrough SCR041015-1 IMA - Support HTML5-compatible browsers with the applet component SCR041515-1 IMA IT Maintenance - Support IE 11 browser with Java 1.8 and secure applet Susan Lorence – CenturyLink stated that the IMA Release 39.0 Draft Technical Specifications available August 14, 2015 and that a walkthrough is scheduled for August 24, 2015. The Wholesale calendar is updated and the walkthrough document is also available. 5/20/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez - CenturyLink said the revision to this CR was only to remove the term JAVA from the CR Title and Description. Denise said with the new CR she had presented, that one is focused on the CenturyLink initiative and this one is for HTML and does not have anything to do with JAVA. Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the high level LOE for this CR is now available which is 2800-3100 hours and this CR is scheduled for IMA Release 39.0 effective October 26, 2015. 4/15/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said there is another walk-on CR that is to be presented in the meeting. The CR is posted separately to the Wholesale calendar entry. Denise Martinez - CenturyLink presented the additional walkon CR. Denise said this CR would improve flexibility and allow customers to use the same browser and would eliminate problems going forward. Lynn Denton – Windstream asked if this CR would require all customers to upgrade to JAVA 1.8 or would the change be backward compatible. Jim Rearden – CenturyLink said two things are happening at the same time between HTML and JAVA. He said we normally try to support JAVA 1.7 and JAVA 1.8 but that CenturyLink needed to do more testing to confirm. As in the past, Jim said the SME team plans to create a matrix that identifies which versions go with what Internet Explorer (IE) version. Jim said we will be moving up to IE 11 in approximately the same fall time period. He said if customers are using HTML 5, most things will work but what CenturyLink is trying to do is to get consistent with all of the GUIs so it would be all HTML 5 compatible and that there would be less issues. Lynn Denton – Windstream said on the CLEC side, most companies are using JAVA and that everyone has their own versions so there is conflict across versions to deal with. Lynn asked if the end goal was for IMA to move toward no digital certificate requirement? Lynn said CenturyLink was the only company left and it is not easy to manage. Jim Rearden – CenturyLink said the digital certificate is a security issue and it is currently an ATIS subcommittee standard. He said things have changed a lot over the 20 years but that CenturyLink is looking at alternatives but for now, it will continue to be the standard. Jim asked Lynn what JAVA version Windstream was on. Lynn Denton – Windstream said they are just updating to 1.7 currently but that other companies are further behind which causes conflict. Jim Rearden – CenturyLink thanked Lynn for the input. He said CenturyLink will perform rigorous testing with various versions and create the matrix with appropriate information.
