Implementation of CABS BOS Version 55 (V55) for Bill and CSR data with IABS release 59.0 (11/21/15).

The CABS BOS Differences List for V55 will be posted to the Wholesale website 6/1/14. It will contain the detail, item by item, for the changes being made with V55.

12/16/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the effective date for this release was November 21, 2015 and the CR has been moved to CLEC Test. Mark said we would like to move the CR to a Completed status and asked if there were any objections. There were none.

11/18/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the effective date for this CR is November 21, 2015. We will move the CR to CLEC Test and will consider it for Closure in the December meeting.

07/15/15 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the system release notice for this CR was sent June 1, 2015 and a walkthrough was held on June 10, 2015 but no customers were in attendance. It was thought that might have been due to the walkthrough not being listed on the Wholesale calendar so a second walkthrough was scheduled and conducted on June 22, 2015 and again no customers were in attendance. Mark said the Final Release notification was sent on June 29, 2015 for the planned Release date of November 21, 2015.

6/17/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the system release notice for this CR was sent June 1,2015 along with the CenturyLink Billing Output Specifications (BOS) differences list. A walkthrough was held on June 10, 2015 with no customers in attendance. Because CenturyLink felt that might have been caused by the walkthrough not being listed on the Wholesale calendar, a second walkthrough will be conducted on June 22, 2015.

5/20/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said the system release notice for this CR will be sent by June 1 along with the BOS differences list.

4/15/2015 Monthly Systems CMP Meeting Jami Larson – CenturyLink presented the new Industry Guideline Walk-on CR. Jami said the BOS CABS differences list notification would be sent on June 1, 2015 for the IABS Release 59 that would be effective November 21, 2015. Test data would be available October 21, 2015 and the release notice would identify who to contact for those that are interested in receiving the test data.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked about the timing of the IABS to CABS conversion and this change and whether the conversion was occurring 1st quarter 2016.

Jami Larson – CenturyLink said the conversion would be either 2nd or 3rd quarter 2016.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said then for the next CABS release after this one, would the ASR conversion have occurred.

Jami Larson – CenturyLink said that is the plan.

Tracy Strombotne – CenturyLink said a release schedule would be coming out soon that relays an overall schedule. Tracy said she understood the expressed concern about not spending money unnecessarily but that on some of these industry standard releases, we must stay current.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said that a release schedule would be helpful.
