10/19/11 Systems CMP Meeting SCR040611-2 Century Link branding changes to Qwest Systems. Mark asked if it was OK to close.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said that since the digital certificate changes just went into effect with the IMA release, could this one be left open for another month.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink agreed.

9/21/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink relayed that for SCR040611-2, Century Link branding changes to Qwest Systems, CEMR rebranding occurred August 8, 2011, CORA updates occurred on September 19, 2011, and IMA updates will occur with Release 31 on October 17, 2011. He said the digital certificate URL update notices for CEMR and IMA were sent on September 16, 2011 with an effective date of October 17 or October 16, 2011, respectively. The IMA XML digital certificate update will be April 23, 2012. Mark asked if there were other questions and there were none.

8/17/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink referenced Item #6 which is SCR040611-2 CenturyLink Branding Changes to Qwest Systems. Mark said the CEMR rebranding updates occurred on 8/8, the QORA updates are in progress and will be going in with the release on 9/19, and IMA will be updated with the System Release 31.0 on 10/17. Mark said that for the digital certificates related to URL updates with these systems, we will send out specific notification, but the CEMR GUI will be effective on 10/17, the IMA GUI on 10/17, and the IMA XML on 4/23/2012.

Kim Isaacs – Integra asked for an explanation of the difference associated with digital certificate updates. Kim said the DLIS URL was changed 8/8/11 unannounced and that the same certificate works for DLIS regardless whether it was CenturyLink or Qwest. Kim asked what is different for CEMR, IMA and QORA.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink explained there are two types of digital certificates: one allows clients to have access and one is a VeriSign certificate. The first one is associated with a pop-up screen to log into our systems. Jim said as far as he knows, CenturyLink has no plans to change those and they will continue to work. For IMA and the others, those are a VeriSign certificate that will be changed. Jim said this type of certificate encrypts the sessions between Web servers. Jim said in most browsers, for that type of certificate, if a change happens, it automatically grabs the certificate and you may not notice. But there is an extension for IMA where you’re doing a SSL handshake which means I can perform access control authentication to compare them with the certificate cached from CenturyLink.

Kim Isaacs – Integra said OK, thank you.

Joyce Bilow – PAETEC asked if that will impact them since they are e-bonded.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said he did not think so but would check.

Joyce Bilow – PAETEC said they use a VeriSign certificate with other RBOCs but have had extensive problems with handshake (8/25/11 Updates received from PAETEC in CAPS) ERRORS and PAETEC [delete THEY] must test prior to implementation.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said certainly and asked what application was of concern.

Joyce Bilow – PAETEC said IMA XML.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said IMA XML was going to change in April 2012. He said there are two certificates for XML: one is a pull and the other is a push. Jim said there is time on the Sunday to check-out things and that CenturyLink will need to come up with a way to check out certificate issues before the release.

Susan Lorence – CenturyLink clarified that Jim meant the “first look at production” for IMA.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said yes and that normally XML traffic is not normally tested during that time but we will figure out a connectivity test between us for XML during that window.

Steph Prull – Integra asked if this means that the SATE certificate will change also.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said the SATE certificate had been changed awhile ago. He said the certificate was renewed, it was set up to use both common name aliases. He said when the VeriSign certificate expired, we used a new type of certificate from VeriSign which has the new URL and the old URL so the same certificates works.

Steph Prull – Integra asked if the same SATE certificate being used will be used going forward in IMA production in April.

Jim Reardon – CenturyLink said yes and that is the direction for the IMA application moving forward. The alias will be on both certificates so it can be used backwards or forwards in case of trouble.

Mark Coyne – CenturyLink asked if there were any other questions for Jim. There were none.

4/20/11 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – Qwest presented this CR associated with system changes associated with the change from Qwest to CenturyLink. Denise said the logo will change on all systems on August 8, 2011. Denise said the QORA changes will be made with September 19 release. For IMA, the changes will be made with IMA 31 effective October 17; at that time the developer worksheets and LSOG will be updated. For CEMR, there will be a release on August 8, 2011.
