October 16, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR would remain in CLEC Test for Covad’s migration to 13.0.

September 18, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR would remain open due to a trouble ticket that will be fixed with 14.0 Release.

August 21, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that the expectation was based on the recap functionality for POTS. Bonnie stated that when Eschelon asks for a recap, it should mirror the functionality for POTS. Bonnie noted that Eschelon has trouble tickets opened against this issue. Bonnie stated that Qwest has indicated that this would not be corrected until 14.0 and if that’s the case, Eschelon feels that Qwest has not fulfilled this request. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that there are open tickets and stated that it cannot be corrected until the 14.0 Release. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that if that is the case, the expectation has not been fulfilled. Bonnie stated that Qwest did not specifically ask if that was Eschelon’s expectation but Eschelon did assume it and Eschelon feels that the CR did not meet the expectations of what we were requesting. Kim Isaacs/Eschelon stated that the trouble ticket numbers are 25187523 and 231308, which is for the PSON being stripped. This CR will remain in CLEC test.

July 17, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR would deploy in Release 13.0, on August 4, 2003.

March 20, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion on IMA 13.0 Packaging: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that we don’t have packaging options and went right down the list. We did deploy #3 (SCR062802-09) based on the Exception Request and we used approximately 42,000 hours. I know that everyone is very familiar with these CRs. Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if Qwest found any synergies with other CRs. Connie Winston/Qwest said that if we find synergies we tell you upfront. We did not find any during this time. Beth Foster/Qwest noted that the SATE packaging is also listed on the CMP web site under the walk on section.

December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the prioritization process as defined in the CMP document. She noted that December 30th, 2002 is the due date for submitted votes. Judy Schultz/Qwest noted that the due date would be included in the instructions in the notification that goes out with the ballot. Kit Thomte/Qwest reviewed the sample prioritization form. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said this is a very important to Eschelon. Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked if this is for only for GUI Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said yes, it’s similar to the WorldCom CR Liz Balvin/WorldCom asked why wouldn’t this work in EDI. Wendy Green/Qwest said that in EDI you do your own pre-order integration. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said this would be a nice to have.

July 18, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon reviewed this CR and there were no questions. Qwest will validate the LOE (The LOE was validated and accurately reflected on the 12.0 ballot)

May 16, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Product split of the CR would not significantly impact effort. Recommended stay together. The Action Item, #1, was closed. This CR is eligible for 12.0 vote.

April 18, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon presented CR. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if it made sense to split the CR, Resale from UNE-P. Connie Winston/Qwest responded that it might be easier to deliver them together. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that if a split would reduce the Level of Effort, Qwest would let them know. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that the Status is Presented and is eligible for the next vote.

April 4, 2002 Clarification Meeting Notes - Attendees: Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon, J. J. Bradley/Qwest, Susie Wells/Qwest, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest J.J./Qwest asked for the specific Centrex Types that Eschelon was looking to include. Bonnie/Eschelon stated that she is aware that there is a strong possibility that Centrex Plus and Centron may not be an option. She is requesting for the capability to use the recap functionality for Centrex 21, Centrex Plus, and for Centron. Wants the ability to recap any Product with the request type of 'P'. J.J asked if the request is for a recap of the entire CSR. Bonnie responded that the entire CSR was not needed, just the account of the working telephone number that is being requested.
