November 12, 2002 -- DirB hours have been extended to 10:00 p.m. MT.

October 17, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that the goal is still to know in the Nov/Dec timeframe. They will not commit until the system is stable. Sharon Van Meter/AT&T questioned what the problems encountered were. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that there are significant problems and are working them as they come up. The problems are normal new system problems.

September 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that still can't commit to 10pm. Qwest is still committing to 9pm. Once in production and stabilizes, believe that 10pm is a possibility. The last conversion is in November so hopes by the November or December CMP Meeting, can have an answer regarding extending the hours. Donna Osborn-Miller/AT&T asked how will you know it's stable? Connie Winston/Qwest stated that when goes into production and no Sev 1's are created. This usually takes 30-days. DirB is still working towards 10pm MT, just can't commit yet. Donna Osborn-Miile/AT&T asked if that looks like November for stabilizing? Connie Winston/Qwest stated yes, and are encouraging to extend the hours to 10pm. Should know by January 2003.

August 22, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest - there is no update at this time. There is no commitment yet for the hours. The Action Item will remain open.

July 18, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest said that Qwest had originally planned to implement the new system in July. The new target date is September. The DirB team is not in a position to commit to this work. They have new code and they will have to re-test it. Connie Winston/Qwest apologized for the delay. Michael Buck/Qwest said that action item will remain open and Qwest will provide status in the August CMP meeting

June 20, 2002 CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston (Qwest) said that while things are looking up Qwest can’t yet give a commitment at this time. Sharon Van Meter (AT&T) asked if this is for the new system. Connie Winston (Qwest) said yes. She added that the goal is 10:00 p.m. but that Qwest can’t commit to that yet. She indicated that the hours will be extended to 9:00 p.m. with the DirB system and possibly 10:00 p.m. She noted that if we can extend the hours prior to the July CMP meeting, Qwest will send out notification to all CLECs. Action Item will remain open for readout in July.

May 16, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated could back-off the LSS to IMA relationship during that period of time. Can't do an IMA edit due to timing. Has strongly suggested that the new system stay up later. Won't know about that until later. Has received agreement fthat the new system would stay up until 9pm. Is trying for 10pm. The new system is targeted for July deployment. Connie will provide a read-out of DirB testing at the June CMP meeting. Sharon Van Meter/AT&T asked if the deployment would be transparent to the CLECs. Connie Winston/Qwest responded yes. Bob Carias/NightFire asked what the 10.0 impact is to directory listings. Connie Winston/Qwest responded none. The change has to do with how Qwest handles resale. The Action Item will remain open for a June CMP read-out by Connie Winston.

April 18, 220 CMP Meeting Discussion: Michael Buck/Qwest stated that this was a walk on CR last month; we wanted to formally bring it forward. Esther Scherer/AT&T presented CR. Esther Scherer/AT&T stated they are continuing to have a problem with LSS slowing down after 8pm and would like to extend the LSS system hours. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Qwest cannot extend LSS hours due to nighttime commitments for CLECs. Qwest may make a change to IMA, which is defined, but the work has not yet been started. It is to stop checking at a certain time. Qwest has a new system, DirB, that is implementing this summer and it may be able to stay up later, could be until 9 p.m. Sunday may not be an option due to maintenance of the system. It is a big risk to take the maintenance hours away from any system. Connie admitted that it’s not the perfect solution but it will reduce the pain. Michael Buck/Qwest stated that the Status is Evaluation. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that that IMA piece is being pursued as a bug fix and is not something that is to be prioritized.

March 21, 2002 CMP Discussion: Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T indicated that she would like this packaged in May. Qwest Help Desk told AT&T that IMA was trying to validate data that is not available after 8 p.m. Donna indicated that the LSS SME stated that this CR would not be possible due to other batch processing. However, AT&T still wants it. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that AT&T wants something to do the function. Qwest is looking at something that can be done so the CLECs don’t feel the pain after 8 p.m. A balance must be struck to make sure LSS can continue to do the batch process. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T indicated that a mirror system would also meet AT&T’s needs. Connie Winston/Qwest indicated that Qwest is looking at multiple options. Jeff Thompson/Qwest indicated that Qwest is upgrading the LSS system this summer and Qwest could look into rolling this change into that upgrade. Status changed to Presented

AT&T requests that the LSS hours of availability be the same as IMA’s. If that is not feasible, requests a mirror system for when LSS has to be taken down.
