| 8/20/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest said that this CR was completed on 8/1/08 and asked if there were any objections to closure. Kathy Stichter-Eschelon said they had no objection. This CR will be closed. 7/16/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the targeted implementation date for this CR is 8/1/08 April 16, 2008 Systems CMP Meeting Jami Larson-Qwest stated that Qwest will be creating new adjustment codes and phrases which will be used to uniquely identify charges/credits for services provided specifically for the National Conventions (Democratic and Republican). The new phrase codes will be locally assigned. The codes and phrases will be provided in the CABS BOS Differences List, which will be updated and posted to the Wholesale Website 7/1/08. Bonnie Johnson-Integra asked how they are supposed to let Qwest know if they were ordering these services and is Qwest going to identify this process. She asked, for example, will this process require manually handling or a remark. Jami Larson-Qwest said that she would take these questions back to the process SME. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that we will provide a response either via the meeting minutes or a separate response. 4/21/08 Qwest Response The customer doesn't have to make any changes or provide unique remarks on the LSR/ASR they submit for ordering services for the National Conventions. Our Center will know by the address on the LSR/ASR.
