Description Of Change |
The GUI Status Tool will be integrated within the existing QORA GUI application. - The GUI Status Tool shall include a screen showing status for all ASR’s submitted to Qwest regardless of the transmission method. - The GUI Status Tool provides a view of the current, active ASR, not a historic view of all transactions. - Un-submitted ASR’s are not included. - The GUI Status Tool shall display the following items on the Status screen - CCNA - PON - VER - ASR No - REQTYP - ICSC - ASR Status - C/NR Status - The PON field identifier included in the GUI Status List display shall be an active link to a summary view of the ASR. When selected, the system displays a summary view of the ASR including the following elements: - CCNA - PON - VER - REQTYP - ACT - RTR - ICSC - ASR NO - Current Status of ASR - Current Status of C/NR - CRIT Dates - Circuit IDs - From the Summary View of the ASR screen, the following displays will be available via links: - The most current Confirmation Notice for the ASR. - The most current C/NR for the ASR. - The most current DLR for each circuit id provided on the Confirmation Notice. This is available provided a DLR was requested on the ASR according to the entry in the RTR field. - For ASRs submitted via the GUI, a link to provide access to the latest active version of the ASR is available.
The GUI Status Tool is accessible by External Customers that currently use the GUI for ASR submission. For customers using other means of transmission to submit ASRs, access must be requested for the GUI Status tool.

7/18/07 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this was effective on June 25th and stated that Qwest is looking for closure. Mark asked if there were any questions or objections. There were none. This CR is in Completed Status. 6/20/07 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this request will deploy on 6/25/07 and that we will look to close in the July CMP Meeting. 4/18/07 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that the LOE for the QORA GUI Status Tool CR is 4000 to 4500 hours. 3/21/07 Systems CMP Meeting Laurie Dalton-Qwest stated that the GUI Status Tool will be integrated within the existing QORA GUI application and covered the following changes: - The GUI Status Tool shall include a screen showing status for all ASR’s submitted to Qwest regardless of the transmission method. - The GUI Status Tool provides a view of the current, active ASR, not a historic view of all transactions. - Un-submitted ASR’s are not included. - The GUI Status Tool shall display the following items on the Status screen - CCNA - PON - VER - ASR No - REQTYP - ICSC - ASR Status - C/NR Status - The PON field identifier included in the GUI Status List display shall be an active link to a summary view of the ASR. She said that the GUI Status Tool is accessible by External Customers that currently use the GUI for ASR submission and for customers using other means of transmission to submit ASRs. She said that access must be requested for the GUI Status tool and can be requested by contacting your Qwest Service Manager. Laurie Fredricksen-Integra asked how long a completed ASR would be retained on the tool. Laurie Dalton-Qwest stated that the tool would match the retention guidelines that exist today which is 2 years. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR will move to a Presented Status.

RESPONSE April 10, 2007 RE: SCR030607-01 Qwest has reviewed the information submitted as part of Qwest's Change Request SCR030607-01. Based upon research that has been conducted following the Clarification meeting (held March 22, 2007) the LOE for this QORA CR is 4000-4500 hours. Sincerely, Qwest
