Description Of Change |
Create a new IMA and Fax Gateway "End User Cancellation" notification similar to existing SUP 1 type cancel notifications and verbal cancel notifications currently used to respond to CLEC cancellation requests. The new notice would allow for notifying the originating CLEC of an End User cancellation of a pending service request.

03/17/10 Systems CMP Meeting Susan Lorence – Qwest said that Qwest was withdrawing SCR021809-1, IMA End User Cancellation Notification. The CR was associated with the Product/Process CR that had been withdrawn in February. 3/18/09 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez-Qwest said that Qwest would like (ASSOCIATED with the LNP process )to create a new IMA and Fax Gateway "End User Cancellation" notification similar to existing SUP 1 type cancel notifications and verbal cancel notifications currently used to respond to CLEC cancellation requests. The new notice would allow for notifying the originating CLEC of an End User cancellation of a pending service request. Bonnie Johnson-Integra said that she does not agree that Qwest can cancel their LSRs. Brenda Bloemke-Comcast agreed. Julia Redman-Carter-PAETEC said that because of the previous discussion on the LNP porting process the implementation of this CR maybe a little premature. Mark Coyne-Qwest said that we are not implementing this CR at this time. This CR is being presented and that it would have to go through the prioritization process. Mindy Chapman-Neustar asked if this was any different than the normal cancel transaction that Qwest supports today. Denise Martinez-Qwest said yes and it would be defined that it is coming from an end user rather than a CLEC itself.
