Review Requested (Description of) Change: Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest reviewed the CR’s description and expected deliverable and asked MCI if they had additional information to share. Rosalin Davis-MCI had no additional information. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest asked to confirm the CR was for EDI only, as stated in the CRs title, or if the request was for EDI & GUI as checked in the CRs checkbox. Dave Early stated that the information is already received in the Feature Detail Section, in the GUI, so the request is for EDI only. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest asked if this request was not specific to a specific product set. Dave Early-MCI stated that it is for Resale UNE-P. Russ Urevig-Qwest asked if this was for what was exported from Qwest. Dave Early-MCI responded yes. Rosalin Davis-MCI stated that QPP was not a selection on the submittal form. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest stated that was correct and stated that QPP was being discussed internally. Anne Robberson-Qwest asked if MCI was asking this to be as it appears on the CSR and if the local service provider was Qwest, what MCI was expecting to see. Cedric Cox-MCI stated that wants to see whatever is shown currently for Qwest. Anne Robberson-Qwest stated that if the local service provider is Qwest, nothing is currently shown. Cedric Cox-MCI stated than the same would follow for this request. Russ Urevig-Qwest asked if what MCI was requesting was for Qwest to replicate on the EDI transaction, what Qwest is currently providing in the GUI. Cedric Cox-MCI stated yes and noted that is the RSID in the Features section of the GUI. Cedric stated that they need parsed into the LSPID field. Cedric noted that other ILECs are currently doing this. Dave Early-MCI stated that there is an RSID field on the CSR but does not know if the data is the same as they are requesting. Dave stated that if it is, MCI will withdraw this CR. Carol McKenzie-Qwest stated that she has checked the Developer Worksheets and that the data is identical and is not populated if it is Qwest owned. Cedric Cox-MCI stated that he does see data in all cases. Dave Early-MCI stated that it is not populated if it is Qwest Resale. Carol McKenzie-Qwest stated that the BILLNUM field currently identifies the end user bill name, such as MCI Metro (CSR R68). Cedric Cox-MCI asked if MCI is okay to withdraw the request. Dave Early-MCI stated that the CR can be withdrawn and that MCI would internally map, on the MCI side. Peggy Esquibel Reed-Qwest asked Rosalin Davis (MCI) to send an email requesting that the CR be withdrawn. Rosalin Davis-MCI stated that she would send the email and withdraw SCR021705-02.
