4/22/04 CMP Systems Meeting Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest reviewed several old CRs and would like to withdraw this request. Jill stated that we will re-evaluate with LSOG 8. There was no dissent to withdraw. This CR is in Withdrawn Status. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that Qwest reviewed several old CRs and would like to withdraw this request. Jill stated that we will re-evaluate with LSOG 8. There was no dissent to withdraw. This CR is in Withdrawn Status. March 17, 2004 Review of CR’s - Attendees: Carla Pardee (AT&T), Donna Osborne-Miller (AT&T), Bonnie Johnson (Eschelon), Susie Bliss (Qwest), Kit Thomte (Qwest), Lynn Stecklein (Qwest), Peggy Esquibel-Reed (Qwest), Phyllis Burt (AT&T), Regina Mosley (AT&T), Kim Isaacs (Eschelon), Julie Pickar (USLink), Sarah Padula (Popp Telecom), Emily Baird (Popp Telecom), Jill Martain (Qwest), John Berard (Covad), Gary Veik (Qwest) Kit Thomte/Qwest stated that the intent of the CR Review’s is to determine if the CRs are to remain open or if there are some that should be withdrawn. Kit stated that some CLECs who have submitted CRs no longer participate at CMP and we need to determine how those CRs could be withdrawn. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she has a contact at New Access and noted that they do attend some of the CLEC Community calls. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she agreed that it needs to be determined if some functionality was already deployed that may make some of the CRs no longer needed. SCR013102-02 LSOG 6 - Issue 1860: Changes required for provisioning of Resale Pay Phone access lines (Qwest) SCR013102-04 LSOG 6 - Issue 2284/2221/2226: Directory Listing Updates (Qwest) SCR013102-10 LSOG 6 - Issue 2091: Add new field DISC ECCKT on EU form (related to SCR092501-2) (Qwest) SCR013102-11 LSOG 6 - Issue 2248: Correct errors for CICIP and SSIG to the Centrex Resale Service (080) Practice (Qwest) SCR013102-12 LSOG 6 - Issue 1739: Establish Ordering Process for Unbundled DID Port (Qwest) SCR013102-14 LSOG 6 - Issue 2148: Resale Multi-Point Private Line (Qwest) Gary Veik/Qwest stated that these Qwest originated CRs made good business sense when they were created, but there may now be other issues that Qwest is better interested in. Gary stated that there are currently over 2500 issues at OBF, some new and some modified or changed. Gary stated that Qwest might want to withdraw these CRs and move toward some of the other OBF issues. Gary stated that Qwest will re-evaluate the CRs, look to see what has been implemented, and determine if these specific CRs need to remain active. Gary stated that there are other issues that may need CRs created. Kit Thomte/Qwest asked to clarify that these CRs are being withdrawn, other OBF issues are to be evaluated, and new CRs could be introduced that would be beneficial to all. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that internal meetings will be scheduled to evaluate the existing CRs and noted that a status would be provided at the April Systems CMP Meeting. Kit Thomte/Qwest asked if the CRs would then be withdrawn in April. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that once the evaluation is complete and the determination has been made to withdraw, the CRs would be withdrawn at the April CMP Meeting. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that it was agreed to skip LSOG 7 and implement LSOG 8. Bonnie stated that re-evaluating these CRs is a great idea as they may now be obsolete. Kit Thomte/Qwest stated that Qwest would try and have resolution of the LSOG CRs at April CMP and stated if a CR is not to be withdrawn, the benefit of implementing the request would be provided to the CLEC Community.
2/21/02 Carol Zimmerman/Qwest presented this CR. Issue 2091 adds new field ‘DISC ECCKT’ on EU form. The level of effort is large. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon wanted to know if they could send multiple circuits. Carol said she didn’t have the answer to that yet. Connie Winston/Qwest said that in design we would have to allow for that. Jonathon Spangler/AT&T questioned how this differed from 9.0 where you don’t have to enter address. Connie said that this is a different field/form. The status will change to presented.
