The CR seeks to accomplish multiple OBF issues.

Change existing Qwest functionality for jeopardy, reject and FOC/LRSC notices to the LR form in LSOG6. The functionality allows most CLEC notifications to be processed using one form (the OBF LR form). Implementing this functionality requires: - replacing current forms with the LR form or map existing Qwest forms to the LR form - adding, deleting, or changing existing fields to conform with LR fields and field entries - continuing to add Qwest fields and field entries, as needed - blending new functionality with existing mechanization where appropriate - synchronizing all existing systems that provide support to provide CLEC notices or track CLEC notification for internal status or regulatory reporting - allow for new DD entry of HO (Held Order) in case of embargoes

10/16/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Covad wanted to test but they are not converting until November 1. John Berard/Covad requested that this CR remain open until November.

9/18/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest said that #16, 17, & 18 are still pending McLeod certification of IMA 13.0. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that she has no problems with the IMA 13.0 certification and that she would like to leave #16, 17, & 18 open. Stephanie stated that IMA 13.0 goes into production this weekend and they want to validate and test.

8/21/03 CMP Systems Meeting Connie Winston/Qwest asked if everyone was ok to close this CR. Stephanie Prull/McLeod said that they would like to leave this open until we get through testing and into production. Connie Winston/Qwest said that from McLeod’s perspective that they would like to test in production and that from Echelon’s perspective, they are waiting for the trouble tickets to close. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that she would like to save her comments on event notifications and overall documentation concerns for the discussion that we will have later in the meeting. That discussion will take place in attachment H associated with McLeod’s 3 examples. This CR will remain in CLEC test.

1/16/03 CMP Systems Meeting Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that there is an open CR associated with LSOG 6, regarding BTN, SBN, Circuit ID, and order number functionality. Connie Winston/Qwest asked if it was the LR form. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that the functionality is needed but there are so many issues lumped together. Bonnie asked if Qwest could separate the issues so they are each by themselves. That would also mean lower levels of effort. Bonnie asked if she should issue a CR for only issue 1963 functionality. Bonnie stated that she had a problem when there was a jeopardy notice prior to the FOC. Jill Martain/Qwest asked if this situation was associated with unbundled loops. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated was regarding DS1 capable loops. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that when sending a jeopardy notice, it now includes the circuit ID. Jill stated that she would check if BTN, SBN, and order number are also included. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon stated that if we could get all three that would be fabulous. Jill Martain/Qwest stated that she would look into it. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that Qwest has analyzed the CR to see if the issues could be split. Connie stated that the functionally is very interwoven and there are synergies in doing them together. Connie stated that if they can be split, that it would probably result in two really big CRs. Probably little value in splitting the CR.

This CR relates to multiple OBF issues: 1963 (Add new field to support Distinctive Ring Telephone Number), 2090 (DD, EBD, FDT, and ORD fields at the Circuit Level), 2092 (Add 3rd character valid entry of “blank” to the EC VER field of the 099 practice), 2247 (Response field for remote access features) & 2250 (Allow for the return of the FDT on Jeopardy notice in the 099 Practice). The level of effort is extra large. The status will be changed to presented.
