This change request seeks to allow IMA to retrieve a DLR for all Circuit ID Format Types using a different field to identify ownership.
Today, the DLR retrieval uses ACNA. This doesn't always work because the internal records use several different ownership codes. The proposed change is to establish a method that will retrieve the DLR using the inputted ownership via IMA and other ownerships that will provide the best opportunity to receive back the DLR. This change would require the CCNA to be used rather than the ACNA. The change would better utilize several of the owner identifiers, rather than just the single owership identifier on the request.
