Description Of Change
Eschelon asks Qwest to remove the Effective Billing Date (EBD) on the Loss and Completion Reports where it shares the column with the Service Order (SO) completion date information. The date in the column should only be the SO date

Currently Qwest reports a Loss or Completion using the Service Order date unless the Service Order was populated with an Effective Billing Date (EBD). Eschelon needs to know what date the Service Order completed as well as what date the billing stopped.

Project Meetings

During the clarification call with Eschelon, Bonnie Johnson agreed to modify this CR to only include the Service Order date on the L&C report, and get the EBD from the Summary Bill.

3/14/02 - In a meeting with Curt Anderson and Anita Larson-Andres, the new option of adding a new column to the L&C reports was discussed. It was determined that this would be an Extra Large effort. The work would include: the record layout would have to modified, all databases for 3 regions would have to be converted, 36 programs would have to be modified (6products X 2 reports X 3 regions) testing of all changes and updating of all documentation. This may cause some CLECs to make changes to their systems in order to accommodate the new record format.

Bonnie and Kathy,

Since our clarification call on SCR012802-2 (Include only the SO on Loss & Completion Reports, not the EBD.) Qwest has completed it's initial analysis. Qwest is in the process of opening a UR for this work and it is targeted to completed by the end of the second quarter of 2002. The Level of Effort on this project is estimated to be medium.

Final Response - 2/26/02 - Qwest will add an additional column to the Loss and Completion reports in order to include both the Service Order (SO) and Effective Billing Date (EBD) on the report whenever the data is available.

Final Response Update- Qwest will remove the EBD data from the Loss and Completion Reports after it has been discussed with all of the CLECs at the March CMP meeting.
