Description Of Change |
Currently, SUP 2s on Port In LSRs are flowthrough eligible. This creates problems with the existing FOC/approval process to the 3rd company involved in these requests. This requested functionality will allow for improved processing and eliminate out of service situations.

12/14/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink identified that there was a list of CRs to be considered for closure. He said the CRs were included in the IMA Release on 10/17/11 and were in CLEC test. Mark said there was a mid cycle conversion on November 19 and asked that all of these CRs be considered for closure. There were no objections. 11/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said all of these relate to IMA Release 31 that went in on 10/17/11. Steph Prull – Integra asked that the following be left open: SCR012511-1, SCR012511-2, SCR012511-3, and SCR083010-1. PAETEC is moving to IMA 31.0 Release this weekend. Mark Coyne – CenturyLink said we would likely leave all of the CRs open.
4/20/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest referred to the CRs that were packaged for IMA Release 31.0 for October. 3/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated that the LOE for the CR presented last month is 749. 2/16/11 Systems CMP Meeting Denise Martinez – Qwest indicated currently, our SUP 2s (which are due date only changes) on Port In LSRs are flowthrough eligible. It is creating many processing requests for these particular LSRs. What is happening is it is causing problems with our FOC/approval process to the 3rd company involved with these particular requests. Denise said changing the functionality is going to improve that process and eliminate out of service conditions that might have been experienced in the past. Denise asked if there are questions. Bonnie Johnson – Integra asked what processing problems is causing the out of service conditions. Denise Martinez – Qwest said what was happening is if we did not have the correct dates or if we did not understand the due date changes, there was a possibility that might bringing them down too quickly. In some cases we might have received a request for a cancel or the work had already been done, so we were having problems from that particular perspective. Kim Isaacs – Integra wanted to confirm that it is not that you are disallowing SUP 2s, it is that this change will not allow SUP 2s to flow through because Qwest is required to take manual action with the other party. Denise Martinez – Qwest said yes, if we cannot match up with them, that is creates the problem.
