McLeodUSA requests for Qwest to support UNE Star POTS and Centrex products testing in SATE.
McLeodUSA request the ability to perform EDI testing in SATE for both the UNE Star POTS and Centrex products. Currently these two products are not supported in SATE for testing.
EXPECTED DELIVERABLE: For Qwest to support UNE Star POTS and Centrex products testing in SATE.

| January 16, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Stephanie Prull/McLeod reviewed the CR description and stated that McLeod has Centrex already in EDI but needs UNE Star POTS and UNE-P POTS in SATE. Wendy Green/Qwest stated that separate accounts may need to be loaded due to product differences and stated that a CLEC may want to load UNE Star POTS CSRs. Wendy stated that she would check if separate accounts are needed. Wendy Green/Qwest checked on action item (stated above) and stated that UNE-P POTS data can be used to certify. Wendy stated that for UNE STAR & UNE-P, the only difference in processing is the CSR USOCs and classes of service. Stephanie Prull/McLeod stated that she discussed this with Michelle Sprague (McLeod) and would like to withdraw this CMP CR. Laurel Nolan/Qwest asked if any other CLEC would like to take sponsorship of this CR. No change in sponsorship/ownership was brought forward. This CR is withdrawn. August 22 CMP Meeting Discussion for SATE 12.0 Prioritization Review: Wendy Green/Qwest - reviewed the CR for McLeodUSA. They were not in attendance. February 21, 2002 - Discussed at February CMP: Michelle Sprague presented CR for McLeod and stated that UNE Star POTS is coming within the next several month's. Wendy Green stated that is already in EDI, this is SATE only and has a medium level of effort. SATE ranking will take place in the March CMP Meeting. January 31, 2002 - Clarification Meeting held. Attendees: Michelle Sprague/McLeodUSA, Peggy Esquibel-Reed/Qwest, Wendy Green/Qwest, Matthew Haxmeier/Qwest, Donna Montarone/Qwest. Reviewed CR number, title, and description. Clarification received: McLeodUSA requests data to support all activities for both products, UNE Star POTS and Centrex. Michelle/McLeodUSA will provide examples of UNE Star POTS and Centrex to Peggy Esquibel-Reed at pesquib@qwest.com by COB February 4, 2002.
