I Charts in IMA were a referrence that addressed each field in the LSR. They explained what was required or not required for specific orders. The LSOG replaced these charts as a referrence. Currently IMA I Charts are not being updated so they could potentially give incorrect information. This could cause errors on LSRs which could result in rejects which would cause wasted time and delay of customer orders. Eschelon requests that Qwest remove I Charts from IMA.

Information is published for IMA 10.0. Qwest wanted to make sure everthing was covered. Thus, the I-Charts will be removed once training is provided at the end of May. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if the I-Charts would be kept accurate until they are removed. Connie Winston/Qwest said that they would. Terry Wicks/Allegiance asked if the I-Charts would still be available in IMA after they were removed from the web. Connie Winston/Qwest responded yes. Bill Micou/AT&T wanted to know if Qwest would be eliminating the disclosure documents. Connie Winston/Qwest said absolutely not. Action item is closed. 2/21/02 CMP Systems Meeting Kathy Stichter/Eschelon reviewed the description of the CR. Eschelon wants I charts removed from IMA. Kathy initially opened this CR because she thought I Charts weren’t being updated. However, in the clarification meeting she learned that I Charts are being updated and maintained. Connie Winston/Qwest said that we have been reviewing the possibility of removing I Charts. However, until a decision is made Qwest is updating the I Charts. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said the reason this came up was because we found discrepancies between the LSOG & I Charts (8.01 I charts had some discrepancies) Connie Winston/Qwest said that if the CLECs are on the web, the I-Charts need to be in accordance with what is in LSOG. Connie asked if anyone would care if we removed I-Charts from the Web? No CLECs indicated they were passionate about I-Charts. Connie Winston/Qwest noted that we would follow the appropriate notification process to communicate the removal of I charts. Beth King/Qwest also said that if the CLECs encounter any discrepancies to please call the Wholesale Help Desk Michael Buck/Qwest will take an action item to determine what we need to do going forward with the turndown of I charts. Bill Micou/AT&T requested that Qwest state whether we are referring to IMA GUI, EDI, or Common. The status of this CR will be changed to Evaluation. The clarification meeting was held on 2/6/02 Attendees: Kathy Stichter - Eschelon Carolyn Cawrse, A J Van Creveld, Ken Olson, Bill Rogers, Lynn Stecklein - Qwest The purpose of this call was to clarify SCR12502-1 - Remove I charts from IMA. Deb O asked Kathy S why Eschelon was requesting that the I charts be removed. Kathy stated that they were advised that the I charts were not being updated. They were also advised that the I charts were being replaced by the LSOG. Deb advised that I charts were being updated and maintained. Qwest is reviewing the possibility of eliminating I charts and fully support the need to eliminate redundant documentation. Until a decision is made, the I charts will remain in place and maintained. We also discussed that users browsing the Web need to make sure they are using the most current version. They need to use the refresh button to ensure the most current version is being reviewed.. There were no further questions.
