Requesting that a profile be set up for IMA access that allows for only Pre-Order transactions, preventing the user from being able to process order transactions. McLeodUSA would like to better manage the access to the GUI internally, and this option would strengthen our ability. Currently there are only two profile options for IMA, the first profile allows normal user access and the second gives an administrative access.

| 12/19/02 December Systems Meeting This CR was completed with 11.0 and is ok to close. 2/21/02 CMP Systems Meeting Michelle Sprague/McLeod USA reviewed the description of the CR. McLeod USA is requesting a profile for IMA access that allows for only Pre-Order transactions. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that the Level of Effort was Medium 751-3000 hours. Jonathon Spangler/AT&T asked how would this CR differ from the Vail Resorts Telecom (SCR82801-1) request around allowing the sales team the ability to browse/read only? Connie Winston/Qwest said that this CR would allow users the ability to view anything. There was a brief discussion regarding whether this CR was a duplicate of the Vail Resorts Telecom CR. The consensus was that they were different and both needed to be retained. Terry Wicks/Allegiance and Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that they would support this CR. This CR is an 11.0 prioritization candidate. Status to be updated to Presented. 1/11/02 Clarification Meeting Clarification/Walk-thru Meeting 9:00 a,m. The purpose of the call was to clarify SCR010902-1 dated 01/11/02 with McLeodUSA. Review of Response Description of Change: Requesting that a profile be set up for IMA access that allows for only Pre-Order transactions, preventing the user from being able to process order transactions. McLeod USA would like to better manage the access to the GUI internally, and this option would strengthen our ability. Currently there are only two profile options for IMA, the first profile allows normal user access and the second gives an administrative access. McLeod wants to limit capabilities to their Business Units to Pre-order transactions, preventing the user from being able to process order transactions. McLeod wants to be able to control in house. Qwest advised that the profiles are set up so that the user has options to different screens. There would be 3 profiles as follows: pre-order, preorder & order, and administrative. The CLEC would be able to configure for administrative rights. McLeod wanted to know if they would be presenting this change request in the February CMP meeting. Qwest advised yes. Lynn will distribute notes to the attendees and also to Monica Manning to determine if she has additional questions.
