| 11/19/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said this CR is part of the IMA 24.0 October 20th Release and will be closed. 10/15/08 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest said this CR is part of the IMA 24.0 October 20th Release. 1/16/08 Systems CMP Meeting Carol McKenzie-Qwest presented this CR on behalf of Lee Gomez (Qwest). She stated that this CR is to modify business rules to prohibit the use of DIRQTYA and change rules for DIRQTYNC to allow only when the LSR ACT = N or T. Jeff Sonnier-Sprint asked how he should submit a FBDL request if his customer wants to change the directory quantity from 1 to 3. He also wanted to know if his customer is receiving 1 directory how could they change to zero. Jeff wanted to know how he would be able to meet the end users request. Carol McKenzie-Qwest stated that they could contact the publisher directly. Jeff Sonnier-Sprint asked if they would have to contact Dex Media. Carol McKenzie-Qwest stated that she would have to get with Lee Gomez (Qwest) to confirm. Jeff Sonnier-Sprint said that if they were prohibited from using the DIRQTYA field they need some way to provide multiple directories if requested by the customer. Mark Coyne-Qwest stated that this CR will move to Pending Prioritization and that we will respond to Sprint’s question in the minutes. 1/17/08 Qwest Response The only quantity or value Qwest supports for the DIRQTYA field is zero. If the customer needs additional directories, they will need to contact the Publisher. This process has not changed. The negotiated business rule of the DIRQTYA field (REF NUM 102) on the Directory Listing Developer worksheet states: IF DIRQTYA = 0 (zero) then DIRQTYNC must = 0 For Information Only: Data entered in the DIRQTYA field may be ignored by Publishers. Contact the Publisher to negotiate Annual Delivery options.
