Qwest is retiring the existing DSOS web application and moving the following DSOS functions into CEMR: Search and Verify Cabling Allows the viewing of cable data for a channel that the application user owns or leases. View Order Status: Allows the viewing of an order status via use of one of the following inputs: Circuit ID, Order number, Circuit Layout Number, Project ID, or Two/6 Code.

| 4/20/05 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain/Qwest stated that this CR was effective March 27, 2005 and asked if everyone was ok to close. Steph Prull - Eschelon stated that she was ok to close this CR. 3/16/05 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jill Martain - Qwest stated that the implementation date for this CR is 3/27/05. 1/19/05 Systems CMP Meeting Jim Recker/Qwest stated that this CR is moving two functions from DSOS to CEMR. Jim said that the functions are verify cable and view order status. Jim said that moving this function will help the CLECs by eliminating the need to look at DSOS and CEMR. Jim stated that Qwest is targeting a March 27, 2005 implementation date. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon said that the implementation of this CR would be great. Bob Heggert/SBC asked if DSOS would also be retired on March 27, 2005. Jim Recker/Qwest said yes. Bonnie Johnson/Eschelon asked if this request would take any of the CEMR Release hours for 2005. Jill Martain/Qwest said no, this was a Qwest Corporate initiative that would not be taken out of the hours. 1/1/05 Clarification Meeting Attendees: Jim Recker - Qwest, Jill Martain - Qwest, Lynn Stecklein - Qwest, Susan Lorence - Qwest Review Description of Change Jim Recker - Qwest stated that this CR is retiring the existing DSOS web application and moving the following DSOS functions into CEMR: Search and Verify Cabling Allows the viewing of cable data for a channel that the application user owns or leases. View Order Status: Allows the viewing of an order status via use of one of the following inputs: Circuit ID, Order number, Circuit Layout Number, Project ID, or Two/6 Code. Jim Recker - Qwest said that this change provides the CLECs a consistent way to query various statuses, which now require users to access both DSOS and CEMR separately. Confirm Areas and Products impacted DSOS will be retired and this functionality will be moved to CEMR Establish Action Plan Lynn Stecklein - Qwest stated that this CR will be presented in the January CMP Systems Meeting
