Description Of Change |
The efficient flow-through of an LSR order is now requiring a 3 digit CUS CODE in addition to the 10- digit TN to fully complete the end user’s 13- digit AN. What if we do not know the customer code? If we send a CSR Query to get it, that information is not returned unless we included the CUS CODE on the Query. The business rules state that the customer code is only returned on the CSR Response if we send it on the CSR Query. What we need is when Qwest goes to the CSR to gather the other CSR type of information, that they also, always pick up the CUS Code and return it to the requester.
