Description Of Change |
Currently CLECs are unable to view any service order information for a completed LSR within IMA GUI even without the IMA system being purged (per Interconnect Helpdesk). This causes repercussion as CLECs are unable to obtain downstream information vital to maintaining accurate internal reporting information. Examples of such information include completed order numbers, date of activation, date of service delivery, accurate percentage of requested due dates with on time delivery. CLECs need to be given the ability to view their subscribers account information on an as needed basis. This request is focused on the entire CLEC community being able to access this type of information as needed. Verizon would like to have available, a record for any LSR submitted for a min of 30 days and max of 90 days to see how the account was established, to make sure that the delivery dates are met and that the account is activated as requested.
Qwest Business Description: Need ability to view service order for completed LSR within GUI in order to access info needed for accurate internal reporting. Examples-completed order numbers, date of activation and service delivery, accurate percentage of requested due dates with on time delivery.

December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: This CR was completed with 11.0 and is ok to close. August Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for IMA Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - we have one small issue requiring the Sup 2 (SCR013002-8 Flowthrough on Sup 2 Category Due Date) to be a spillover for 11.1. She explained why this will be a spillover into the point release. She noted that resale and UNE sup 2 due date change orders will flow through. The unbundled loop will drop out to the Center and will be updated by the Center until 11.1. Donna Osborne-Miller/AT&T - that’s line item #4 in the Attachment? Connie Winston/Qwest - yes. Michael Buck/Qwest - stated that the NOTE at the bottom of the page needs to be changed from 'In Definition' to 'Packaged'. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - asked how the 11.0 PO2 CR is different than the one in 12.0. Connie Winston/Qwest - they are just different edits. The edits are noted on each of the 2 CRs. Liz Balvin/WorldCom - with 12.0, would you say that any of the hours devoted to this would lower the 8,000 hours? Are you looking at that when you do the design? Connie Winston/Qwest - we always look at that, but the edits are different so I could expect a reduction in the LOEs. As we get further in design, we do update the LOE. Attachment R = Change Requests Committed for SATE Release 11.0 Connie Winston/Qwest - SATE has the same spillover candidate for 11.1, SCR013002-8 Sup 2. Michael Buck/Qwest - noted that items 3, 5, and 7 are SATE specific candidates. The others are IMA with SATE impacts. Wendy Green/Qwest - noted that the SATE side has a shorter list because of the GUI only impacting CRs going into IMA having no impact to SATE. Bradley Deborah Osborne Chrys Espiritu This letter is in response to your CLEC Change Request Form, number 5405937, dated February 20, 2001, CR Title: CLECs Require Availability To View Completed LSR Information In IMA GUI. CR Description: CLECs require availability to view completed LSR information in IMA GUI. Additional clarification was received from Karl in the Clarification Meeting that was held on Monday, October 29th. The CLEC’s need to be able to view the LSR itself. Verizon is currently able to view the completion notices. The LSR must also be available to view for 30-90 days past completion. Qwest Response: Based on the information noted above, this CR would require a medium level of effort. Qwest systems would be modified to allow completed LSRs to be viewed using the current functionality for a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 90 days. The CR is eligible for voting into the 10.0 Release.
