- February 20, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that we are looking to the CLEC Community to okay the closure of this CR. Carla Pardee/AT&T stated that AT&T is still experiencing some issues. Kit Thomte/Qwest stated that this CR would remain open.

- January 27,2003: Received voicemail from Carla Pardee/AT&T with okay to close AT&Ts SCR090601-1 UNE-P on CABS Bill. This is a related CR.

- January 16, 2003 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this effort deployed at the end of December. Carla Pardee/AT&T stated that she needs to validate the January bill and will contact Peggy Esquibel-Reed (Qwest) hopefully next week to close the AT&T CR, SCR090601-1. Connie Winston/Qwest stated that this CR would remain in CLEC Test for AT&T’s bill validation.

December 19, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Jonathan Spangler/AT&T noted that Carla Pardee/AT&T will be joining shortly and will want to review this CR. He said he would check with her to see if there are any issues on 5328167 (Requests that loop orders be billed on a CABS bill) and provide a response later in the day. Jonathan Spangler/AT&T will talk to Carla Pardee/AT&T offline to discuss closure. Connie Winston/Qwest said to advise Kit Thomte/Qwest if this CR can be closed.

November 21, 2002 Systems CMP Meeting Discussion: Connie Winston-Qwest stated that the CR went in with analog and that the digital part was the second phase. She noted that the analog portion was delivered and that the CR would be moved back into development until the digital portion was delivered in December. There were no questions or comments.

In the May Monthy Systems CMP Meeting Qwest presented the phased approach for the implementation of Change Request 5328167 (Request that loop orders be billed on a CABS bill). The details of the phased approach were captured in the May meeting minutes. This revised response is being issued to respond to a question raised in the June Monthly Systems CMP Meeting and to ensure that the change request record is up to date.

Qwest has enhanced the framework for producing the CRIS bills in the CABS format. Resale and UNE-P products have been added to the framework for all regions and this will be available on July 1, 2002. The Unbundled Loop Analog and Unbundled Loop Digital products will be added to the framework in subsequent phases.

The anticipated phasing for this change request is as follows:

- Phase 1 will be completed on 7/1/02 with the Billing systems implementation of the ability to provide UNE-P product orders in CABS format - Phase 2 will be implemented on 10/26/02 to provide UBL anolog 2-wire product orders in CABS format - Phase 3 will be implemented by 12/31/02 to provide UBL digital product orders in CABS format

At the June Sysetms CMP Meeting there was a question as to why this change request reflected a 12/31/02 target implementation date. While Qwest expects to provide interim deliverables, Qwest is reflecting a target implementation date of 12/31/02 to coincide with the planned date for implementation of phase 3. As Qwest implements phased deliverables for this change request Qwest will notify CMP participants at the appropriate Monthly Systems CMP Meeting.
