Description Of Change |
Eschelon would like Qwest to develop a process for CLEC’s to check recently migrated TN’s and verify that the TN’s no longer reside on Qwest’s switch. This process should allow for the following: the information should be accessible at any time and should be real time information off the Predictor system rather than a batch process.

CenturyLink Response |
Qwest does not necessarily remove a TN from the switch when it is transferred to another carrier. The TN is flagged as removed but does actually get removed right away. The actual port is visible via their access to the NPAC. With the triggers set the TN will not be removed until the port is successful. Therefore, CLECs already have access to see the actual port.
