Description Of Change |
Eschelon requires that Qwest provide billmate files in a uniform format for all of its states/regions. It is too difficult to create invoice validation systems when multiple formats of bill mate are received. It is sometimes impossible to properly validate Qwest invoices in a timely manner because of this.
