Qwest currently does not populate all columns/fields within billmate files. In some regions, the information is populated, but other regions it is not. One example is toll calling plans. All fields must be populated to allow proper validation of the charges. This should include the following detail data:· WTN for the OCC records· WTN on the MONSERV records· USOC itemization on the OCC records· USOC itemization on the MONSERV records· OCC text for the OCCPHRSE records

| A follow up call was held with Eschelon on 2/12/02. The attendees were: Bill Markert, Ellen Copley, Kathy Stichter, Alan Zimmerman and Mark Routh. Mark opened the call by reviewing the CR and sstating that Bill had asked for this call to go over a few open issues for the CR. He indicated that the USOCs are now being populated on the MonServ file and that the line reflected in BillMate are now showing up as well as the ANI associated to the USOCs. He indicated that this CR could be closed.
