Eschelon requires that Qwest Bill Inquiry staff be more knowledgeable when it comes to billing, tariff interpretation, and pricing questions. We have received information at one point in time and then conflicting information after the initial explanations. Although the staff is professional, we require them to be more knowledgeable of why Qwest is billing and how they are billing charges to Eschelon.
