Description Of Change
ALLTEL would like the ability to access trouble calls reported to the Wholesale Systems Help Desk by ALLTEL. This could be done by a report, access to them via the internet, email, or hardcopy. We have users spread out and it would be beneficial to know what trouble is being reported, what the status is and what the resolution is.
