Description Of Change
US West needs to develop and publish a formal process to identify, communicate, and resolve issues related to release. This process needs to be able to handle issues of varying severity. Additionally, a part of the resolution should include any updates that need to be made to associated documentation (e.g., developer’s worksheets).
