Description Of Change
Sprint wants USW to follow the industry-wide practice of parsing address fields according to OBF standards on the AVQ, EU, and appropriate directory forms.

USW does not follow OBF standards to parse address fields. This creates inefficiencies in processing and causes the CLECs to incur unneeded expense and delays market entry.

EXAMPLES -

1) information from both the SAPR & SANO fields have to be populated in SANO

2) information from the SASD, SASS, SATH fields have to be populated in SASN

3) information from SADLO must be populated in SASN preceded by an '@' sign

4) information from the ROUTE and/or BOX fields must be populated in SASN preceded by an '@' sign
