|
Provide access to the following Loop Qualification information for any loop (i.e. not just for loops that fall into the parameters that support ADSL), including but not limited to: ? Loop Length ? actual (or indicator specifying the length given if the longest designed loop for the distribution area if the actual length cannot be given) ? length by segment ? length by gauge of each segment ? Gauge of Loop ? Composition/Medium of Loop (i.e. fiber, copper etc.) ? Electrical parameters of loop ? Presence, location and type of any equipment on the loop, including but not limited to: ? Load coils and quantity ? bridged taps and length ? pair gains ? DLC's (IDLC, UDLC) ? Feeders/Disturbers in the same or adjacent binder groups ? repeaters and quantity ? DAMLs ? If the loop originates at a remote switching unit
Provide the ability to issue a single request to qualify large volumes of loops (i.e. blocks of 100, by MSA, by wire center, by state, etc)
Provide database extracts of the above listed information stored in LFACS, TIRKS, ARES/Exact and other such legacy applications. The database extracts should be made available by central office on a monthly basis.
