The LSR AGAUTH Field = Agency Authorization Status. US WEST requires the population of the LSR AGAUTH field with N, for a new customer, and a V, for a customer to be converted. US WEST would only be affected when the CLEC is an agent for a conversion of an existing USW customer. The provisioning of a new customer would not require the population of the LSR AGAUTH.
MCIWORLDCOMs envisions this change will impact unbundled loop orders but does not preclude it would impact other services.
