MCI Worldcom requests that US WEST allow for the following business rule functionality within the IMA/EDI interface:
US WEST to allow for the migration of existing facilities, and the addition of new facilities (i.e. unbundled loop conversion requests with new loop facilities), for an end user, on the same Purchase Order Number (PON).
MCIWORLDCOMs requested change will impact unbundled loop orders.
