US West requires MCI Worldcom to track and maintain a circuit through the use of the Special Billing Number (SBN)., which is assigned by US West within the Account Number (AN) field on the End User Form. US West also requires MCI Worldcom to return the SBN on all subsequent order activity.
US West’s requirement for MCI Worldcom to track and maintain unbundled loop service through the SBN, and return the SBN on all subsequent order activity places a development impact on our facilities based systems.
MCIWORLDCOMs requested change will impact unbundled loop orders.

| The only Activity Type that requires the SBN or Account # to be provided is a conversion. Otherwise we do not require a CLEC to provide the SBN.
