Service order numbers that begin with an “A” are currently not allowed in IMA on FOC. A placeholder SO number is used and the actual SOP SO number is entered in Remarks. Auto completion will not be performed on LSRs that have placeholder SO numbers. This change will allow the A Order types to auto complete. The A Order type is used only in the Eastern region after a “Disconnect” to transfer calls to another number.
