Upon completion of this request it is expected that SDC's processing LSR's could go into the IMA system and change a completed order status back to a pending status. This will allow sups to flow through from the Co-Provider on the original PON, when Qwest has completed a Port Order prior to confirming that actual activation has occurred at the NPAC.
