Description Of Change |
When a CLEC places a request for a disconnect, the normal process is for the CSR to remain in “LIVE” status until the final bill runs, the timing which of which is dependant upon the Bill Pull/Print Date associated with the CSR’s billing account number. This enhancement would create a Disconnect Flag on the CSR, upon completion of the disconnect service order. The Disconnect Flag would alert the CLEC that a disconnect order has completed on the account.
