Establish UNE-STAR Classes of Service for the MB req. type in IMA. Add UNE-STAR Centrex Plus (RHGXX), UNE-STAR Centron (RHTXX), and UNE-STAR Centrex 21 (RH3XX) ordering capability to IMA.
