Product Description
CenturyLink Choice Business™ Add-A-Line is a package that allows you to order additional lines for every CenturyLink Choice Business or CenturyLink Choice Business Plus package (per location), allowing you to create virtual multi-line packages. Each CenturyLink Choice Business Add-A-Line includes the business line and 1 feature. Additional “add on” features are available at the Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate after the initial feature selection has been made.

Availability
CenturyLink Choice Business packages are available where facilities exist throughout CenturyLink QC except in Idaho-North (ID-N)
and in Rate Group 3 in Oregon (OR).

CenturyLink Choice Business Add-A-Line is not a stand alone package and must be associated
with CenturyLink Choice Business or CenturyLink Choice Business Plus packages.
CenturyLink Choice Business Add-A-Line packages are compatible with business line Universal
Service Order Codes (USOCs) 1FB, AFK, 1FA, AFV, HFB.

CenturyLink Choice Business Plus packages may have a recurring and a nonrecurring charge based on state specific Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

Lists.
Rates and/or discounts are available in Exhibit A or the specific rate sheet
in your Interconnection or Resale Agreement.
Additional features (over the 1 included in the package) will be billed at the Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists rate, minus applicable Wholesale discounts: see Tariffs/Catalogs/Price Lists.

The following ordering information applies when ordering QCB Add-A-Line on a 12 month term, 24 month term, or 36 month term:
A complete service request must be submitted and the order must be marked for manual handling, including a Remark requesting the desired term, similar to the promotions ordering process. The start date of your desired term will be the same as the Completion Date of your order.
Feature Activity Types (Action Codes)
The valid Feature Activity Types are:
- D = Disconnect
- N = Add
NOTE: When changing from one feature to another, use N and D Feature Activity Types.
