Accessibility Statement

At Lumen, we believe that accessibility is not only a legal requirement, but also an ethical and business imperative. Our Operating Principles - Teamwork, Trust, & Transparency - represent how we show up at work and Lumen. In order to operate within these principles, we recognize that accessibility is a human right that enables everyone to participate fully in society and enjoy the benefits of technology.

We are committed to ensuring that our products and services are accessible to everyone, including people with other abilities. We strive to provide a consistent and inclusive experience for all our customers, employees, and partners.

To achieve this goal, we follow industry standards and guidelines that cover a wide range of recommendations for making web content more accessible. We use the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (“WCAG 2.0”) as our primary guide. We also comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we operate, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the European Accessibility Act (EAA), and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We strive to continuously monitor and test our products and services to ensure that they meet or exceed the accessibility standards and best practices.
