Processing Times for Online Payments

Payments

AutoPay

AutoPay Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Funds in the exact amount of your monthly bill will be withdrawn automatically from the checking or savings account you designate approximately 18 days after the bill date. Your bill date can be found in the Billing Summary section on the MyAccount homepage or on your paperless bill. It may take one to two billing cycles for AutoPay to apply to your account. Log in to MyAccount or check your bank account to see that AutoPay has started before discontinuing one-time payments.

AutoPay with Credit or Debit Card
Funds in the exact amount of your monthly bill will be charged automatically to the credit or debit card you designate approximately five days after each bill date. Your bill date can be found in the Billing Summary section on the MyAccount homepage or on your paperless bill. It may take one to two billing cycles for AutoPay to apply to your account. Log in to MyAccount or check your credit or debit card account to see that AutoPay has started before discontinuing one-time payments.

Discontinuing AutoPay
You can un-enroll from AutoPay at any time. Simply click on the Change My Preferences link in the billing and payments section on the MyAccount homepage.

It may take one to two billing cycles for this change to take place. Once AutoPay is discontinued, the total amount due on your next phone bill must be paid before the bill due date. One-time payments can be made online, in person at a Walk-in Payment Location or by sending a check in the mail to the address on your bill. You can view your monthly CenturyLink bill anytime by logging in to MyAccount.
